Once Ozgar AI has generated the initial documentation for your application, you can tailor both the structure and content to match your project’s needs. The Creator module in the Admin Dashboard gives you full control over the outline, page hierarchy, and the prompts that drive each page’s content.

1) Accessing the Creator Module

  • Open Admin Dashboard and select Creator from the left-hand menu.

  • You’ll see the current documentation outline on the left and a preview pane on the right.

2) Refining Page Content

  1. Select a Page
Click any item in the outline to load its preview.

  2. Edit Page Prompt
Click Edit Page above the preview to modify the prompt that Ozgar AI used to generate this section. Adjust instructions, add examples, or change focus topics.

  3. Regenerate
Replaces the entire page based on your new prompt.

3) Restructuring the Outline

  • Add New Pages
Hover over any node and click the + icon to insert a new sub-page. You’ll be prompted to name it and provide an initial outline or prompt.

  • Reorder Pages
Drag-and-drop any outline item to change its position or hierarchy.

  • Delete Unneeded Sections
Click the trash icon next to a page to remove it (and its sub-pages) from the documentation. A confirmation dialog helps prevent accidental deletions.

4) Best Practices

  • Start with the Outline
Define the high-level chapters before diving into detailed prompts to ensure a coherent structure.

  • Iterate Prompts in Small Steps
Make incremental edits and review each change to maintain clarity and avoid overly long sections.

  • Use Consistent Naming
Keep section and page titles uniform to help users navigate and search effectively.

  • Leverage Append Mode
When adding examples or clarifications, appending avoids losing reviewed content from earlier generations.

With the Creator module’s powerful prompt editor and outline tools, you can continuously mold Ozgar AI’s output — ensuring your documentation remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with your team’s evolving requirements.
